The nurses and doctor was absolutely incredible with my son Lucas. I've told every mom I know how amazing they were and now they all want to go there! I'll never go anywhere else! They go above and beyond their calling for sure!

Very quick but efficient.stuff are very accommodating and the doctors are very well knowledgeable and very nice and patiently answering all my questions.thank u all we have been coming here since my kids are babies and now they are grown. It's been like 16 years of coming to this respectable and clean medical office. GOD BLESS.

I am extremely disappointed in the front desk service of Alexandra! I called concerning my child’s health and I was rudely dismissed on the phone by Alexandra! She wasn’t able to redirect me or didn’t offer an alternative solution. She was very nonchalant and when asked for her name 3x she insisted on redirecting the conversation and rushing me off the phone. With me being a new mother and this being my first pediatric experience for my child’s health, I couldn’t be More DISAPPOINTED! Please do better with hiring STAFF that aren’t rude and disrespectful!

My daughter came in for a physical, vaccinations, and a lead test. These were needed for Kindergarten. I had to work so my mom took her. I was still very anxious not being there. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even let my mom call me so that they could answer any questions I had. When shot time came, they made balloon animals for my daughter to squeeze. My daughter felt safe…they comforted her and took away her nervousness. She loved her doctor’s appointment.

Front desk is rude and unprofessional. they refused to do my son check up. But my appointment just started. I arrived at 3:10pm and was told by receptionist, it was 3:12pm I must reschedule the appointment. The doctor was leaving for the day. Frustrated is an understatement leaving work to be here. As a children doctor a little compassion goes a long way.

The doctors and the medical assistant’s are amazing here. They get back to you as soon as possible. If you ever need or have concerns they’re always there to answer your questions.

Everyone was very nice and professional, my kids been seeing Dr Arora since they were infants and now they’re teenagers. This is the only Doctor my kids ever seen and they’re totally healthy. Thanks to all of the staff at Pediatrics and Associates.

I would give zero stars if I could. Subash Arora is anything but a great doctor. Terrible. He does not get to know his patients, he couldn’t care less about why your there, I was given him 8 years ago when my daughter was born and switched right away. I now had my son who is 3 months old and I gave him another try and I see why I switched. Avoid doctor at all costs. Please don’t waste your time and go find your littles a more caring doctor!!!!
